The machine measures three main things:

SYS (Systolic): pressure when the heart pumps.

DIA (Diastolic): pressure when the heart relaxes.

PUL (Pulse): heartbeats per minute.

The display can show the readings in mmHg or kPa.

How To Use

Sit down and relax for about 5 minutes before measuring.

Put the cuff around the upper arm, with the arm supported around heart level.

Make sure the cuff is snug but not painfully tight.

Press START/STOP.

Keep still and don’t talk while the machine is measuring.

The cuff will inflate automatically and then slowly deflate.

The screen will display SYS, DIA and pulse rate.

The reading can be stored in the machine’s memory automatically.
